PURPOSE: A door assembly equipped with a ventilator and an operating unit is provided to prevent the intrusion of strangers, to ventilate a door inside and outside, and to convert a door to be closed automatically by equipping an operating unit without additional operation when a door closed. CONSTITUTION: A door assembly equipped with a ventilator and an operating unit comprises a main door(200) attached to a doorframe(100) by at least one or more hinges(110), a ventilator(210) formed on the main door and an operating unit(300) built in the main door. Wherein the operating unit comprises: a housing provided with a latch hole, a push rod hole and a spring fixture projected inward; a front level revolving around a shaft installed to the housing; a link equipped with a link projection at the lower end and operated by the rotation with the front level; a horizontal moving frame provided with a latch projected through the latch hole when closing a door, an elongated guide hole interposing a guide screw fixed to the housing, a link guide equipped with an elongated link hole interposing the link projection and a hanging hole on one side; a primary frame spring whose both ends are fixed to the horizontal moving frame and a spring fixture; a hinge sleeve installed to the inside of the housing and attached with a spring fixing piece; a folded arm rotated around the hinge sleeve and provided with an arm projection hanging on the hanging hole when opening a door; an arm spring whose both ends are fixed to the folding arm and the spring fixing piece; and a push rod(380) whose one end is projected through the push rod hole and the other end is hinged with the lower end of the folding arm.
