PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solubilized recombinant human thyroid hormone receptor (sTSHR) which is secretory and shows reactivity to a human antithyroid- stimulating hormone receptor autoantibody, a method of producing for sTSHR, a reagent using sTSHR and a method of assaying using sTSHR. SOLUTION: This solubilized recombinant human thyroid hormone receptor is a human thyroid hormone receptor or comprising extracellular domain parts its variant, possesses a secretory property and shows reactivity to the human antithyroid-stimulating hormone receptor autoantibody and linkage to TSH.
