<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for surely cutting a section in the controlled form and to improve precision of a dimension from a cutting part to the following cutting part and a dimension from a printing part to the cutting part. SOLUTION: A first cutting clamping device 101 partially cutting a web so as to form a first cutting in the web 1 is arranged, and the web 1 is clamped by means of the first cutting and clamping device 101. A second cutting and clamping device 102 cutting the web during the first cutting so as to form a section is arranged, and the web 1 is clamped by means of the second cutting and clamping device 102.</p> |
