PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil ink for ball-point pens which gives a good writing touch, allows no blob nor blur and inhibits ink leakage. SOLUTION: In the oil dyestuff-containing ink for ball-point pens, the ink base essentially comprises an organic solvent, an ink viscosity modifier, a pseudoplasticity-imparting agent and a coloring material. Against the total components of the ink, from 10 to 35 wt.% dye is used in combination with from 0.5 to 5 wt.% dyestuff as the coloring material. |
