PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which is excellent in weather resistance, shock resistance and molding processing. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) an epoxydized diene type block copolymer, (B) a thermoplastic polyester resin and/or (C) an aromatic polycarbonate resin, and (D) a benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber.
