PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen knife placing stand comprising a hermetically closing type box considering the sterilization, drying, safety, easiness to take out or the like of a kitchen knife. SOLUTION: Kitchen knives 7 are put in a hermetically closing type box fitted with hermetically closing type doors 5 and the rusting of the kitchen knives generated at the time of sterilization and drying by hot air from a heater 9 is prevented. The hermetically closing type doors with brands exclusive to the kitchen knives are attached to the box to prevent a mistake generated when the kinds of the kitchen knives are judged only by the handles of the kitchen knives. One or several kitchen knives can be housed in the hermetically closing type box. |
