PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching die capable of enhancing a durability as a punching die and using a re-utilizable metal plate as a source as a base plate when the mold after using is abolished. SOLUTION: A metal plate having a predetermined thickness is used as a base plate 2 and an attachment cutting-in portion 3 of blade is provided on the base plate 2. A plurality of projections 4 are formed on an inner side surface of the attachment cutting-in portion of the blade. A punching blade 5 buried in the attachment cutting-in portion 3 of the blade and base portions 5a, 6a of a ruled line press blade 6 are retained and mounted by the projections 4 of the attachment cutting-in portion 3 of the blade.
