PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily kill or suppress Legionella pneumophila only by passing water, and to maintain the water quality for a long period. SOLUTION: A cylindrical casing 2 provided with an inflow port 3 and an outflow port 4 at both end parts made of stainless steel is prepared. Cubic permanent magnets 5 and cubic ferrite ceramics 6 are mixed and filled into the central part in the cylindrical casing 2e. Besides, aluminum filament materials 7 on which wave energy for enhancing mineralization of water and then generating such a state that microorganisms can not live there, and wave energy for directly killing Legionella pneumophila are transferred, are filled at the inflow port 3 side and the outflow port 4 side of the cylindrical casing 2.
