PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating composition high in storage stability even by a low baking temperature, good in mechanical properties and water resistance of a coating film therefrom, and easily applicable to coating line. SOLUTION: This powder coating composition contains 100 pts.wt. of a carboxyl-containing polyester resin having both specific resin solid acid value and softening point, 0.1-10 pt(s).wt. of an epoxy group-containing vinyl-based resin having both specific epoxy equivalent and softening point, 0.1-10 pt(s).wt. of an epoxy resin having specific epoxy equivalent, and aβ-hydroxyalkylamide curing agent in such an amount as to be (0.05:1) to (1/1) in the equivalent ratio of the hydroxyl group in the curing agent to a total of the epoxy groups in the above vinyl-based resin and the epoxy resin.
