BLOCK MADE FROM WASTE TIRE CHIP AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are a block which is heavy for safety and has excellent elasticity and durability, and production process thereof. CONSTITUTION: The process is comprised of: inserting mixed lower elastic material of 100wt. pulverized rubber pellet with 1-3mm, 3-10wt. polyurethane-based binder, and 0.5-5wt. pigment into mold; laying mixed mid-supporting material of 100wt. fine aggregate with 1-3mm, 5-20wt. rubber chip with 2-3m, and 10-15 wt. polyurethane-based binder; and laying upper elastic material with the same condition of lower material; and hardening with adding sulfur for 10-60miutes.
