PURPOSE: A telephone call method between voice/character/data terminals using an Internet telephone office is provided to construct an Internet communication center and to dispense intrinsic numbers, like telephone numbers, to subscribers, so that service providers can member management more precisely and efficiently and users can use telephone services more conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A user accesses an Internet communication center using his computer. The user inputs and transmits his IP address, name, resident registration number, E-mail address, desired ID, password and desired phone number. The communication center checks whether the inputted phone number is doubled. In case that the inputted number is not a doubled number, the communication center transmits a client program to the user. The communication center enters the phone number in its telephone directory book, and asks him whether he will open to the public. After recording the user's personal information in a user database, the communication center notifies him that all the procedures have been completed.
