PURPOSE: A repeater equipment between a telephone and an Internet network is provided to reduce telephone costs of a user by making a general telephone into an Internet phone without a PC and connecting Internet through the PC. CONSTITUTION: A telephone network connecting part(10) is connected to an external telephone line leading to a PSTN network. A telephone line connecting part(20) is directly connected to a telephone. A telephone signal control part(30) connects a call dividing an external originating call and incoming call. An Internet line connecting part(40) is connected to an Internet network. An RJ45 PORT(50) is connected to an internal LAN or a PC LAN card. An Internet signal controlling part(60) connects a call dividing an originating call or Internet LAN connection. A control part(70) controls operations of the whole equipment. An ADC/DAC(Analog to Digital Convert/Digital to Analog Convert)(80) changes a telephone signal and an Internet signal. A ROM part(100) includes a program for Internet connection. An Internet signal converter(90) converts a signal into a connecting signal of an Internet leased line or a cable modem. A power supply part(110) supplies power source of the equipment.
