PURPOSE: A cooling method of cooling fin is provided to reduce volume of the condenser and water absorber, while achieving an improved cooling effectiveness. CONSTITUTION: A water absorbing member is inserted between air cooling type fins(12), and a water is fed to the water absorbing member so as to allow the water absorbing member contains water. A water inlet pipe(16) arranged at the top of a cooler has a water let valve(15), a filter(14), and a T-shaped member(13) for branching the water inlet pipe into left and right portions. The branched water inlet pipe is connected to a distribution pipe(20) arranged in a vertical direction, and a tube(17) interconnects the distribution pipe and the water inlet pipe. A tightening band(18) is coupled along the outer periphery of the tube. The distribution pipe has a blocked lower end and is firmly fixed by a fixing member(19). The distribution pipe has a plurality of branch pipes coupled perpendicularly to the distribution pipe. Each of fins has a hole for penetration of the water absorbing member, and the water absorbing member penetrated through the hole formed at the fin is connected to the branch pipe coupled to the distribution pipe.
