PURPOSE: A wristwatch having an alarm function is provided to transmit the vibration for alarming a user by the compression force of air, thereby informing the user of a preset time silently in a public place. CONSTITUTION: A wristwatch having an alarm function includes a main body of the wristwatch, a band for fixing the main body to a wrist, a motor(14) mounted in the main body to be driven by a battery, a power conversion element having an eccentric shaft(18) fixed to an outer surface of an end of the rotation shaft of the motor and a connecting element(20) connected to the eccentric shaft for converting eccentric rotation motion of the eccentric shaft to rectilinear motion, a vibration generating element having a diaphragm(24) connected to the connecting element by a pin(22), a sheet(28) mounted below the diaphragm for controlling air intake and discharge, and an air intake/discharge element(32) mounted below the sheet for inhaling or discharging air by the operation of the diaphragm to generate vibration by air compression, and a vibration transmission element to be transmitted with the vibration generated by the vibration generating element to be retracted or expanded.
