PURPOSE: An artist management system on the internet is provided to easily dig-up and support a new artist over the internet so that it can relieve efforts in digging-up a new face, obtaining the tendency of the artist desired by general users and facilitating management concerning the securing of activity funds for the new face artist or activity management. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises steps of an amateur artist transmitting information on himself or herself to a management company while paying for a registration fee(102), the management company periodically registering the amateur artist, demonstration information of the amateur artist, and classifying the registered information according to a genre(104), the company transmitting the information to general users, making them vote for the registered artists, and determining an popularity order for the registered artists(106), the company transmitting the vote result to investors(108), the company making an investment proposal to the investors(110), the company making a contract with the investors in supporting a specific amateur artists(112), the company making a home page for advertising the artist, and transmitting advertisement contents to general users(116), the company receiving a permission from a corresponding artist to issue a commercial message or open a concert(118), and the company transmitting to the artist contest vote status, contest vote result, a hit chart, detailed investment contract information, dividend information and other associated information(120).
