A Bootwiper/Bootscraper made out of mainly coconut fiber and galvanized wire and recyclable rubber strips in the shape of a three dimensional animal using circular twisted in fibre rods bound by binding wire to the G.I. wire frame. The wire frame may be made out of thicker G.I. wire or plastic coated wire and twisted in fibre rods which cover this frame before fixing the other components such as ears, belly, nose, legs, hands, horn, tail etc. are also made out of circular twisted in fibre rods. The parts of the main frame and the components are bent shaped and cut and trimmed using specially designed jigs and fixtures for this purpose. These animal shaped Bootwipers/Bootscrapers can also be used as a doorstopper and could be made in different colours using dyed fibre. The size and the shape of the animal could be varied as per the requirement. |
