PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which achieves the optimum feature of enabling disinfecting of teeth using ionophoresis while obtaining the disinfecting effect within as short a time as possible and eliminate shortcomings of the widely known apparatus. SOLUTION: The apparatus realizes a process to disinfect a duct of teeth pathogenetically infected using ionophoresis. A voltage generator feeds a direct current to be kept constant while the impedance Z of a circuit changes. The impedance Z is determined by the zone of the body of a patient through which passes the current.
