PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a paper cup high in watertightness and reduced in leakage of water. SOLUTION: Bottom paper 3A for the paper cup is sucked and held to a first spindle 5 and the bent part 3Aa of the bottom paper 3A is positioned so as not to be superposed on the adhesive 1a of a body part 1 for the paper cup and the adhesive 1a is heated by a heater 2. As a result, the adhesive 1a is certainly heated without being obstructred by the bent part 3Aa of the bottom paper 3A for the paper cup. Accordingly, the paper cup high in watertightness is manufactured by the subsequent wrapping press bonding of the bent part 3Aa at the bottom part of the body part 1.
