PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing foam, capable of reducing a production cost while keeping quality when glass cloth is put in a mold in RIM molding. SOLUTION: Uneven parts 14A is formed to the bottom part of the lower mold 14 of a mold 10 and reinforcing materials 16 comprising glass cloth or the like are arranged so as to form two upper and lower layers and a liquid material is injected in the mold 10 in such a state that a spacer 18 and an insert material are inserted in the mold.
