PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance with which a user can simply and safely execute rolling and twisting motion of the ankle, the knee, and the waist, traction of whole body, and stretching of muscles in various parts of the body regardless of arm power and physical strength matching with user's own level. SOLUTION: The hemispherical tip end of the center axis 2 equipped on a disk 1 is fit into the recessed part of a bearing 3. When a user stands on both legs on the disk 1 which is rolled by slight movement of the center of gravity on a sub-base 4, the condition becomes unstable causing the user cannot stand on the disk. Plural supports 8 are fixed on the main base 5 and connected by a connecting bracket 10. A height adjustable bolt 12 which suspends flexible grabing bars 14 is fixed to the center of the connecting bracket 10 by a spring 13.
