A manual numeral display device that is capable of easily displaying marks such as numerals or alphabets. In the device, a plurality of segments displays a specific mark with a plurality of divided parts. A frame is provided with a receiving hole for receiving the segments and an opening opened or closed by a rotational motion of the segments. A hinge or a shaft engages each of the segments rotatably onto the frame. |
