PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handling device capable of enhancing the inspecrring speed and also the quality and improving the working environment. SOLUTION: A transport line 11 transports uninspected tires 12, and a takeout arm 13, turntable 14 and carryout lines 17 and 18 are installed near the transport line 11. The takeout arm 13 transports uninspected tires 12 on the transport line 11 onto the turntable 14, accepted tires 21 on the turntable 14 to a carryout line 17, and rejected tires 22 to another carryout line 18. A plurality of inspection devices 15a, 15b, 15c are arranged concentrically around the turntable 14. The carryout position of the transport line 11, the uninspected tire carry-in position 16a and inspected tire carryout position 16b of the turntable 14, and the carry-in positions of the carryout lines 17 and 18 are arranged on the same circumference from the rotary shaft 13a of the takeout arm 13.
