PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel temperature regulating structure of a mold for molding a disc capable of freely regulating a temperature of a mirror block of the mold independently of an inner periphery and an outer periphery, and an intermediate periphery as needed. SOLUTION: Channels of fluid for temperature regulating in the mirror blocks 15, 26 of the mold 10 for molding the disc are separately independently formed at inner peripheral side channels 41, 51 and outer peripheral side channels 44, 54 or the inner side channels, the outer side channels and intermediate peripheral side channels 42, 54 as needed. Thus, the fluid for temperature regulating is distributed to the respective channels.
