PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base board box for easily detecting a fraudulent practice by leaving the traces even if a cap member of a sealing mechanism is crushed and removed. SOLUTION: The sealing mechanism 4 for sealing an upper box member and a lower box member in a closed state is composed of a sealing receiving member 13 integrally molded with the lower box member, a bottomed cylindrical part 24 integrally molded with the upper box member, a one-way screw 23 for fastening and installing the bottomed cylindrical part to and on the sealing receiving member 13 fastening a screw part in a screw threadedly engaging hole 21 of the sealing receiving member by being inserted into a screw through- hole 43 of the bottomed cylindrical part 24 and a cap member 50 fitted in the bottomed cylindrical part. A collar part 52 of the cap member 50 is welded to a receiving step part 41 of the bottomed cylindrical part.
