PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cereal-storing system for carrying out shipping of rice having no dewfall. SOLUTION: This cereal-storing system comprises a thermometer and a hygrometer installed in a silo, an air-conditioning means for regulating the temperature and humidity of outside air to arbitrary values, and further regulating the air flow, and a computer for computing the dew point by inputting the temperature and the humidity in the silo, the temperature and the humidity of the outside air, and the water content of the cereal, and controls the temperature and the humidity in the silo to the degree not causing the dewfall on the cereal prior to the shipping of the cereal in the silo.
