PURPOSE: To provide a resonator having reliability for a long period by preventing a resonance frequency from being changed because a screw fixed with a nut is loosened by periodical temperature change over a long period. CONSTITUTION: A resonator 10 includes a case 11 consisting of a main body part 1a and a lid part 11b, a cylindrical inner conductor 12 whose one end is connected to the inner bottom surface of the part 11a, the screw 13 which is partially inserted into the case 11 and the nut 14 for fixing the screw 13. All of the case 11, the screw 13 and the nut 14 are formed of invars.
