PURPOSE: An enterprise certification system for electronic commerce and a system for providing enterprise certification information using thereof are provided to receive required enterprise information from enterprises which want to get a certification service about electronic commerce, to evaluate their credit, to construct the data as a database, and to register them in a given certification site. CONSTITUTION: An enterprise certification system for electronic commerce is composed of a user terminal(10), a plurality of enterprise servers(301-30n), and a web server(40). The user terminal(10), provided with a web browser(11), is connected to the Internet(20) through a PSTN or an ISDN. The enterprise servers(301-30n) and the web server(40) are connected with the Internet(20) through routers. The enterprise servers(301-30n), registered in an electronic commerce certification service provided from the web server(40), transmits required enterprise information to the web server(40) through the Internet(40) for the evaluation of their credit standing. The web server(40) provides enterprise certification information to the user terminal(10), based on management data including the enterprise information transmitted from the enterprise servers(301-30n) and independently investigated enterprise credit evaluation data.
