PURPOSE: An unmanned accompaniment system with an automatic music selection function is provided to select a music with voice, output accompaniment in which pitch and tempo are adjusted in consideration of a user's pitch and quickness, and evaluate the user's skill by comparing the user's singing with a pertinent music previously stored. CONSTITUTION: An accompaniment unit body is connected to a monitor(14), speakers(16) and a microphone(18). The accompaniment unit body includes an audio processing part(20), a music selecting part(22), and a storing part(24). The storing part stores the accompaniment and the text. The music selecting part compares a user's voice signal which is inputted and transmitted through the microphone and voice information which is previously stored, so as to make a musical selection. The user's voice signal is a partial measure. Pitch and tempo of the output accompaniment are adjusted after comparing the partial measure of the inputted song with melody of the stored song. Once the user sings a song, the music selecting part compares the song with the melody of the stored music and evaluates the user's skill in the middle of singing or after finishing singing.
