PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing a squid is provided to improve the workability and the productivity, to reduce the cost of labor, to achieve a sanitary product, and to prevent the contamination of environment. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for processing a squid comprises a conveyor(11) for continuously transferring a squid(10) to be processed; a cutter part(12) for opening the belly of the squid to a desired depth; a spreader part(16) for spreading the opened body of the squid moving along the conveyor; a scrubber part(13) for removing the internal organs of the squid; a washer part(14) for clearly washing the squid in its fixed condition; a waste water collecting part(15), and a cover body for covering the frame containing all components as stated above.
