<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination apparatus which is simple in structure, can be fitted with a diaphragm without generating internal tensile stress in the diaphragm by fitting it at room temperature, makes diaphragm replacement work easy, prevents the generation of wrinkles in the diaphragm when evacuated, has a long life, and is excellent in vacuum defoaming function and suitable for the lamination of a solar cell module. SOLUTION: In the lamination apparatus having a lower chamber 7 in which the diaphragm 4 is mounted on the upper surface side, and body to be laminated is set in the upper part of the diaphragm 4 and an upper chamber 8 in which a heating plate 6 is mounted on the lower surface side, the diaphragm 4 is mounted on the upper surface of the lower chamber 7 with a void s held between it and the lower surface of the diaphragm 4.</p> |
