<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the same capable of substantially completely mixing and agitating both of different resins at a connected transition part of the resins to a homogeneous state, smoothly continuously changing a rigid or the like material, regulating a length of the transition part and further eliminating an occurrence of a weld line. SOLUTION: The extrusion molding comprises a part made of only the first resin, a part made of only the second resin and a transition part containing both the resins therebetween. In this case, the transision part is in a state in which both the resins are substantially uniformly kneaded in such a manner that their mixing ratio is gradually changed so as to increase a ratio of the second resin from that of the first resin along an extruding direction. The apparatus for manufacturing the extrusion molding (extrusion molding machine 20) comprises a plurality of plasticizing screw units 3, 4 for plasticizing the resins, a kneading screw unit 2 connected with the plasticizing screw units, a die 28 provided at a distal end of the kneading screw unit, and a supply regulating means of the plasticizing resin to be supplied from the plasticizing screw unit to the kneading screw unit.</p> |
