PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an emulsion dispersion having good stability with days and mechanical stability by a simple method. SOLUTION: The emulsion dispersion is composed of an emulsion dispersion of a thermoplastic elastomer obtained by the emulsification dispersion of a thermoplastic elastomer in the presence of at least one nonionic emulsifier selected from the group consisting of a styrenated phenol polyalkylene oxide adduct, a polyalkylene polyamine alkylene oxide adduct, a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester, a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester polyalkylene oxide adduct, and a benzylated phenol polyalkylene oxide adduct.
