PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyporopylene biaxially stretched double-layered film excellent in transparency, gloss and heat sealability at a low temperature, having no problem in stickiness (blocking property) or damage and suitable for high speed packaging. SOLUTION: The polyporopylene biaxially stretched double-layered film is obtained by laminating an adhesive layer comprising a resin composition containing a component A and a component B on at least the single surface of a biaxially stretched base material comprising a crystalline polypropylene polymer. The component A is 100 parts by weight of a propylene random copolymer polymerized by a metallocene catalyst having characteristics such that (a) a melting peak temperature Tmp is 110-140 deg.C, (b) a melt flow rate MFR is 1-20 g/10 min, (c) a molecular weight distribution Q value is 40 or less and (d) a solvent extraction amount is 2 weight % and the component B is 0.05-0.4 parts by weight of silica particles with (e) a mean particle size of 1.7-5μm and (f) a pore volume PV of 0.8-1.7 ml/g.
