PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a crosslinked polyolefin-based resin form sheet excellent in moldability and processability, or the like and scarcely set in fatigue even when molding and processing such as vacuum forming or stamping is applied thereto. SOLUTION: This crosslinked polyolefin-based resin foam sheet is obtained by crosslinking and foaming a polyolefin-based resin. The foam sheet is characterized in that the polyolefin-based resin is composed of a polypropylene-based resin and a polyethylene-based resin and average swelling ratio of surface layer part of at least one face is kept in a predetermined range.
