SOLUTION: Vibration of the self-traveling crusher 1 having a jaw crusher 3 is detected by an accelerometer 152. The jaw crusher 3 is judged to be in an abnormal state caused by charging a hardly crushable or an uncrushable matter or not by a vibration analyzer 150.
