METHOD FOR CONTROLLING FLYING THICKNESS CHANGE IN CONTINUOUS HOT-ROLLING MILL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparing method of the target value of the amount of flying thickness change in a hot-rolling mill for enabling the realization of thickness change which is simple, accurate and stable using a rolling schedule (the target thickness, the target load, or the like) determined by setting calculation. SOLUTION: By estimating the offset amount of thickness on the outlet side by the automatic gage control parameter of each stand and correcting the amount of thickness change which is determined from the target thicknesses before and after the change by the estimated value of the offset amount of the thickness on the outlet side, the target value of the automatic thickness change is given.
