<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for granulating a plastic material, capable of stably obtaining plastic granules of good quality from a waste plastic material and enhancing production efficiency. SOLUTION: The waste plastic material supplied to a storage tank 1 from a supply port 2 is heated to a temperature of about 40-60 deg. by the steam jacket 7 provided to the outside of the storage tank and hot air, which is supplied in the storage tank 1 from the bottom part thereof by a hot air generator 11, during the stagnation in the storage tank 1. Then, the waste plastic material with a temperature of 35 deg. or higher is supplied to a granulator.</p> |
