SOLUTION: Both folding parts 9a, 9b of a flat cylinder 4 in which a plurality of parallel folding lines 6 are formed are pushed from the outside to the inside to form the cylinder body 2 having upper and lower open parts 14. A recessed body 15 is shaped from a circular cap sheet 3 in which two folding lines 10 of an outside line 10a and an inside line 10b and a radial folding line 12 are formed, and the recessed body 15 is inserted into each open part 14 of the cylinder body 2.
