PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-curable urethane composition causing no foaming by carbon dioxide gas when cured, excellent in curability and storage stability and generating neither a slump nor a sag even when applied on a perpendicular surface or the like, and to provide a coating material, a sealing material and an adhesive using the same. SOLUTION: The moisture-curable urethane composition comprises (A) a urethane prepolymer bearing at least two isocyanate groups on its end, (B) a urethane oxazolidine prepolymer bearing an oxazolidine group on its end obtained by reacting (b1) a urethane prepolymer bearing at least two isocyanate groups on its end with (b2) an N-2-hydroxyalkyloxazolidine, (C) calcium carbonate having a BET specific surface area of at least 8 m2/g and (D) a fine powder silica having a BET specific surface area of at least 20 m2/g, where the contents of the components (C) and (D) are 10-40 wt.% and 0.5-5 wt.%, respectively. A coating material, a sealing material and an adhesive are also provided.
