PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a styrene resin composition that has excellent heat resistance, good impact resistance and high flame retardance. SOLUTION: This flame-retarded styrene resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of (A) a rubber-modified styrene resin (component a) having a reduced viscosity of 0.40-1.50 dL/g, the viscosity being determined according to the method described in the text of specification and 1-70 pts.wt. of (B) a flame retardant (component b) composed of (B-1) a specific cyclic phosphoric ester compound (component b-1) and (B-2) a specific organophosphoric ester compound (component b-2), wherein the weight ratio of component b-1 to component b-2 is 5:95 to 95:5.
