PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a foam product having vent holes is provided to form standardized vent holes in the surface of a solid sheet by parallel performing punching of vent holes with extruding of the solid sheet, to simplify a process, to minimize percent defective, and to increase the adhesive strength between a cushion material and the solid sheet. CONSTITUTION: A material for a form body is inputted to an extruder(1) to form a plate type extruded foam body. A foam solid sheet(11) having vent holes(111) is obtained by a foam solid sheet forming process(S1) in which a press punching device(2) forms vent holes. Then, the vent holes are round, and the angle of the vent holes is vertical to the extruding direction. In a foaming process(S2), the solid sheet is foamed in a foaming device(31) at a specific temperature. Then, the vent holes of the solid sheet are expanded. Thereafter, the foamed solid sheet is attached with such attaching materials(4) as a cushion material by melting(S3). Vapors generated on the attachment face of the foamed solid sheet and the attaching material are emitted through the vent holes. Therefore, adhesive strength is increased. The round vent holes improve the quality of the foamed product.
