PURPOSE: A method for evaluating activity value of an Internet site and promoting business through stock distribution is provided to promote user activity on the Internet and increase an enterprise value by assigning an authority that a user can have a portion of allotment stock and dividing units on the ground of an activity value. CONSTITUTION: A first process accesses a server in which an Internet environment is constructed. A second process approves an ID(Identification) of a buyer. A third process selects an activity on an Internet site, which a user wants. A fourth process performs an activity or an electronic commerce by using the Internet site. A fifth process evaluates the whole activities on the Internet site. A sixth process assigns units to the user. A seventh process informs the user of the contents of value of each unit assigned. An eighth process announces an enterprise to a stock market on the ground of an enterprise value. A ninth process estimates a stock price. A tenth process allots the estimated stock price to the current unit. An eleventh process determines an allotment ratio. A twelfth process allots the allotment portion to the user group. A thirteenth process restores the value allotted in unit to the stock.
