PURPOSE: A payment method using an ID code and a telephone number in an Internet electronic commerce is provided to easily manage expenditure of all family, and eliminate inconvenience of remembering a card number. CONSTITUTION: A user(1) registers particulars necessary for an electronic commerce in an overall operator(2-1 or 2-2). The user's ID, password, and payment telephone number are inputted. A shopping mall operator(3-1 or 3-2) stores the inputted information and a breakdown of expenditure as a temporary file. An information about the telephone number is transferred to a relational communication company(4-1 or 4-2) to know whether the customer's telephone number is effective. The communication company(4-1 or 4-2) notifies the operator(2-1 or 2-2) that the pertinent number is effective. The operator(2-1 or 2-2) transfers the result to the shopping mall. The shopping mall notifies the user(1) of the result. The user(1) makes the overall operator(2-1 or 2-2) or other banks(5-1 or 5-2) pay the pertinent money.
