PURPOSE: A method for transacting member information is provided to transact member information by constructing a member information database based on information inputted in accordance with a predetermined member joining process of a user and providing member information to a company which wishes to use the member information in accordance with an approval of the user and providing a consideration to the user who approves the member information publication. CONSTITUTION: In the method, a database is constructed based on member information inputted in accordance with a predetermined member joining process(406). A homepage capable of selecting a process is output to a web browser of a member by receiving member information and checking as to whether the member information is a registered member information or not(408). At least one process out of a member information publication, an advertisement electronic mail transmission and a survey of question or public opinion is performed in accordance with a selected process requested by the member.
