PURPOSE: A safety device for a power bus panel is provided to prevent mutual electric interference between terminals by forming protective caps, thereby preventing short of power from being generated. CONSTITUTION: A upper case(10) includes insertion grooves(11) at the bottom surface and protective caps(13) extended to the upper surface of the upper case(10) and each having a space for inserting a positive terminal and a negative terminal into the inside of the protective caps(13). The protective cap(13) includes a rubber cap(19) closely attached to the inner peripheral surface of the protective cap(13) for interrupting a short-circuit. A lower case(20) is coupled with the upper case(10) movably, includes a space for securing a power bus panel between the upper case(10), and forms a fixing element for fixing the upper case(10).
