WHOLE MILK POWDER AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A process for preparing the subject whole milk powder by removing cheese from whole milk, removing lactose and minerals from the obtained whey and blending the obtained whey protein concentrate35 with whole milk is provided, which improves quality of whole milk powder. CONSTITUTION: This whole milk powder is prepared by the following procedure: extracting whey by removing cheese from whole milk; removing lactose and minerals from the obtained whey; removing impurities through an osmotic pressure-type membrane filtering net; blending the obtained whey protein concentrate35 with whole milk; and spray-drying and sterilizing. The obtained whole milk powder comprises 93% by weight of whole milk powder and 7% by weight of whey protein concentrate35.
