<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volume reduction molding device for refuse which is capable of forming stable molded goods to enable resource circulation at a high volume reduction ratio. SOLUTION: The refuse volume reduction molding device has a crushing machine 1 which crushes the refuse to prescribed sizes, a plurality of bunkers 2 which stores the chips of the refuse crushed by the crushing machine 1 by each of raw materials and deliver the chips at a fixed quantity, a screw conveyor 3 which agitates and mixes the mixture of >=2 refuse chips delivered at a prescribed ratio from the bunkers 2, a screw feeder 4 and vibration feeder 5 as means for supplying the refuse chip mixture agitated and mixed by the screw conveyor 3 at the fixed quantity, a screw extruder 6 and molding mouthpiece 7 as screw extrusion molding machines for compressing and molding the chip mixture fed through the supplying means with the fixed quantity and a sprinkler device 8 which is disposed in the inlet of the screw extrusion molding machine.</p> |
