PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permeable separating membrane for an acid gas of superior permeating rate and separation selectivity for the acid gas and of superior long-term stability in the wide temperature range. SOLUTION: The acid gas permeable separating membrane using a specified cyclic amine compound as a carrier for the acid gas is formed and used.
