PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a susceptor to be used as a support for heating a flat dough having a garnish put thereon in a microwave oven equipped with a metal ized plate. SOLUTION: This susceptor equipped with a metalized plate is characterized in that the plate has plural holes for forming a gas and microwave energy- permeable region, wherein the holes are uniformly or randomly disposed in the peripheral region of the plate and have a transverse dimension of at least 5 mm, respectively.
