PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toy control system capable of varying the chattering and various actions without fixing the same and allowing a child to automatically generate various actions and chats while playing so as to increase interest. SOLUTION: This toy control system using a non-contact type IC tag is formed by a non-contact type IC tag having a storing means and a toy having a driving means and/or voice generating means. The toy is provided with the non-contact type IC tag having the drive control information and/or the voice generation control means of the toy stored in the storing means, a read means for non-contact reading the drive control information and/or the voice generation control information, and a control means for controlling the drive means and/or the voice generating means according to the information read by the read means.
